# Collect reviews

Ask for feedback after appointments and reply from your dashboard.

## Steps

### 1. Enable review requests

After an appointment, clients receive a review link by email. Manage settings under Dashboard → Reviews.

### 2. Client leaves a review

Clients rate 1–5 stars and optionally leave a comment — no account needed.

### 3. View & reply

See all reviews on your Reviews page. Reply publicly to thank clients or address concerns.

### 4. AI reply suggestions

On Growth and Managed Max, use AI-suggested replies to respond faster while keeping your voice.
